The new Honda Dio facelift which was showcased by the Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India (HMSI) at the 2012 Indian Auto Expo has been launched in Delhi on February 1st, 2012 in New Delhi. The 2012 version of the Dio scooter has been priced at Rs 42,632 (ex-showroom price Delhi).

New Honda Dio 2012 engine :
Despite of its sporty and trendy looks, Honda Dio's power capability was a big worry for the buyers. Now, Honda has overcome the problem by replacing the 102cc with Activa's 110cc engine which generates 8.11 PS of power at 7,500rpm and 8.66Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.
New Honda Dio 2012 mileage :
The fuel efficiency of the New 2012 Honda Dio has been improved up to 15 percent compared to the older version, as per the company claims. The new Dio, now gives a mileage of 55kmpl (ARAI certified mileage of 66.7 kmpl)

The looks of the New Honda Dio 2012 has been refreshed to make it look more sportier. The body design comes with more sharp lines, new and bigger headlight design, and a new tail light.
