Is the new Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS design inspired from Honda CB1000R ?

Bajaj Auto finally unveiled their all new motorcycle, 2012 Pulsar in India as Pulsar 200 NS (Naked Street )
but it seems as far as the design is concerned , Bajaj Auto were inspired by the Honda CB1000R.
Looking at the above image in the first instance gives you an impression that Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is sort of a replica of the Honda CB1000R .
Is this the design they came up after 10 years of wait ???
